Inspection Log FAQ
Does completing this log make an entry lawful?
No. The log is only a record. The landlord still has to comply with Ontario entry rules.
Should photos be kept with the log?
Where appropriate, dated photos can help document conditions observed during the visit.
Important: This log documents an inspection; it does not itself authorize entry or prove that legal notice requirements were satisfied.
