Join the Ontario Home Intel REALTOR® Referral Network
Ontario Home Intel publishes municipality-level property research, calculators and practical Ontario real-estate guides. As traffic and consumer inquiries grow, we are building a province-wide network of local REALTORS® who may be considered when a visitor requests help in a market outside our local service area.
There is no promise of lead volume or exclusivity. The goal is to build a reliable network of professionals who can receive appropriate introductions when there is a good geographic and service fit.
Why join the network?
- Local-fit referrals: introductions are intended to be matched by municipality, transaction type and consumer need.
- Ontario-wide visibility: the network supports Ontario Home Intel’s expanding municipal property guide footprint.
- Qualified context: requests may include location, buying/selling intent, timeframe and other details that help determine fit.
- Professional process: referral terms are documented through the appropriate brokerages before a referral is treated as accepted.
Who we are looking for
- Currently registered Ontario real-estate professionals in good standing.
- Strong knowledge of the municipalities they identify as core service areas.
- Responsive communication and professional client follow-up.
- Experience appropriate to the lead type, including residential, investment, rural or other specialties where applicable.
- Willingness to work through a documented, brokerage-approved referral process.
How referrals work
- A consumer requests a local connection. Requests originate through the Connect With a Local Ontario REALTOR® service.
- We review the request. Municipality, transaction type, timing and relevant requirements are considered.
- A suitable network professional may be contacted. Selection is based on fit rather than simply who applied first.
- Referral terms are documented. Any compensation or referral arrangement is handled through the applicable brokerages before acceptance.
- The receiving REALTOR® takes over client service. Representation, disclosures, agreements and ongoing service remain the responsibility of the receiving registrant and brokerage.
Apply to Be Considered
Complete the application with your brokerage, RECO registration details, primary service areas, specialties and typical response time. Be specific about the municipalities you actively serve. Every application and the information you submit are reviewed by a human. Consumer leads and requests for introductions also receive human review. We will never sell your personal data.
How selection works
Submitting an application does not guarantee network placement, referrals, exclusivity or any minimum lead volume. Ontario Home Intel may consider geography, experience, specialization, responsiveness, brokerage fit and the needs of a specific consumer when making an introduction.
Referral terms
No universal referral percentage is advertised or guaranteed. Any compensation or referral arrangement must be agreed to through the appropriate brokerages and documented for the specific referral before either party relies on it.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay to apply?
This page does not advertise an application fee. Applying simply provides the information needed to consider you for future introductions.
Will I receive every lead in my area?
No. Referrals are not exclusive and are not guaranteed. Ontario Home Intel may choose the professional it believes is the best fit for a particular request.
Can I list multiple service areas?
Yes, but applicants should identify markets they actively and competently serve rather than listing broad areas they rarely work in.
Who handles the client relationship after an introduction?
The receiving REALTOR® and brokerage are responsible for representation, required disclosures, agreements and ongoing client service.
